Great, walkable, location to Concordia University Chicago (River Forest), restaurants and coffee shops, Green Line train to downtown. Beautiful neighborhoods.Upstairs tenants occasionally could be heard walking around, but nothing too bad.

Great location. Everything was wonderful except for noisy neighbors upstairs. Understand neighbors are moving but would have liked to know about noise prior to booking. Host was super. Without the noise this would be a solid 10 rating.

In general the unit is very nice. I will say if you are looking for some place quiet this may not be the spot. The neighbors upstairs have a pretty loud dog and a kid that runs around. The walls are thin so at times it sounded like the dog was in our apartment and the chills running around was enough to where the lights shake
