Heat was broken, bathroom was dirty when we arrived, host did not respond for many hours, damage claim was filed against us even though we did not actually stay there. This place is a scam please do not fall for it!

I spent just 24 hours in Chicago, and it was the best experience. The location was perfect for everything I needed to do. The host was fantastic and communicated effectively. The home matched the description perfectly. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Overall ok stay experience. Bathroom water system was out (watertub filled with water) and got fixed next day. Two worms creeped in on last night. The sofabed was broken and would slip out from the mainframe making it unable to use overnight.
