The room was poorly furnished/equipped: no hand soap, hangers or tissues. No drawers or dresser. No functioning bathroom fan. Cleanliness of the facility was sub par. Inadequate exercise room: broken/non-functioning equipment. Breakfast was marginal: limited food offerings, inoperative juice & yogurt dispensers. Room keys randomly stopped working. Poor weekend security - unruly guests.

The people at the front desk were kind and helpful but the hallways and room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a room key that was not ours found on the bed as well. The second room was in the same condition :/
