We enjoyed the access to the sauna and indoor pool. The breakfast was not included in my stay and was pricey for the full buffet. The location is perfect for walking most places.

They put a $1300 hold on 2 different cards even though I paid through Expedia. The chat Expedia agent agreed, try to call and they hung up on him twice. An email was written and when i went to the front desk, they said it was only something Expedia could do. The was a mess for my Christmas trip and one I can never get back

The room was WAY smaller and not the room that was shown when we booked, there was no shower door, only a small glass partition which didnt block the wind or water from escaping. we went thru six towels bc the floor was flooded, and that was AFTER trying to adjust the showerhead to fix it. Hotels lied, they do NOT have parking, they only have Valet and its $88 A NIGHT! AND its slow af. On top of that the ac/heat was always chilly, didnt matter how high we turned it up. We will not be coming back here, it was a complete rip off.
