Indian Lakes Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The atmosohere, atriun, waterfall, excellent. Drawbacks: 1) no hot breakfast. 2) no cafe or restaraunt on property. 3) maximum of people at pool was crazy and dangerous. Also, your sign says you had to be 16 to be in the hot tub. There were babies, even infabts in there. Sevurity did nit even enfirce sign. Very disappointing.

The hotel design is unique, love the interior patio

Very nice hotel live the little water fall in the lobby area the rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is also great.

The pool area was fun for the kids. The property is pretty gross. Bugs of the flying sort in the rooms. Housekeeping??? Beer bottles in the family areas for days whilevthe attractions remained closed during posted hours of operation.

Nothing was open or able to use , our hotel had black mold all over the curtains , not worth the money!

This is a distressed property that is in definitely on it's way to closing. I stayed here 3 years ago and it is a shadow of it's former self, sadly. I would stay here again for an incredible deal, however what I was charged was ridiculous given the circumstances and overall condition of the property. Pros: -Friendly staff -Clean rooms -Comfortable beds -Free continental breakfast (very basic with toast, yogurt, cereal, muffins and coffee but still a nice perk) Cons: -Distressed property -Parts of hotel closed due to what looks like unfinished renovations -Golf course forfeited to the township and not maintained -Indoor pool with slide was very dirty (balls of hair on deck, wet food on deck, cloudy water). -Pool towels and shower towels incredibly small, did not cover my 2 year old. Only slightly larger than a dish towel. Would recommend bringing your own. -Outdoor pool overgrown with weeds/grass that is multiple feet high that does not appear to be maintained (though closed due to season, still an eyesore). -Mini-golf outdoor area highly distressed and looks unusable (green is lifting, torn and dirty with debris all over it) -Curb and sidewalk in front of property crumbling -Restaurant that sits on the property but unattached (adjacent to hotel entrance) appears to now be vacant/closed

Ok pool but crowded and hot tub not too clean. No towels in pool.

The friendly staff the great room the pool was very clean

very noisy area. you can hear people talking from your room. smells weed on hall way.

Garden area was great. But cleanness was bad. Almost everything was dusty inside the room. Found peace of apple underneath the sink area.

Friendly staff, great golf view, big swimming pool

two of my children were bitten by either bed bugs or dust mites. they needed to go to the emergency room. the site had numerous large stains all over the carpet on fourth floor. this was the worst place ive ever stayed at. we stayed ther years ago and liked it, however the property went downhill. my cell number is 630-514-4728 if you have more questions.

very nice building, looks nice both inside and outside the hotel.

Hallway smelled like marijuana. Room was very outdated. Not enough towels and bathroom fan made a lot of noise. The location of the continental breakfast was hard to find and inconveniently far.

Quick and easy check in and check out. Quiet, comfortable room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am happy you enjoyed our property and its unique layout, but it seems we have fallen short in some aspects. while we expect adults to supervise their children as we do not have a pool attendant, we still have scheduled walk throughs of the pool area to ensure guest safety. I will be sure to discuss your comments with our security team to ensure this was an isolated incident and should not be an issue moving forward. thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.
