Always a great stay. My only complaint is that I tend to have issues with Wi-fi and my remote connection to the TV. It's strange, but all else was excellent.

I had such a nice time at the Hometown Suites. Clean, quiet, and everyone I interacted with was very helpful I would definitely book here again next time I'm in Chicago. Nothing fancy, but has everything you could want, especially if you're visiting for work travel during the week

The hotel, room and all amenities and common areas were very nice, clean and modern. Large, cozy, and comfortable breakfast room with great options for breakfast. The room was very spacious and the kitchen large and well appointed with basic utensils. We had a beautiful view through the floor to ceiling windows. Amazing stay!

The staff was great and very accommodating. But the 2nd night in my room I found a bed bug the manager was great he treated my luggage and moved me to a new room and I was told 2 out of the 7 nights I was there would be refunded. Since returning home now no one can help me and I was told by Expedia the refund was denied by Hilton. I feel like in the moment they were very nice just to shut me up but now no one can get ahold of the general manager.
