Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was really good with plenty of options, which was a nice bonus. The gentleman at check-in and the young lady at check-out at noon were helpful and very professional. However, I cannot say the same think about the airport shuttle driver who picked me at the airport. He liked over-speeding and had no respect for road traffic signs. And the one who took me to O'Hare at noon was rude, impolite, and mean.
