Holiday Inn Chicago - Elk Grove

The Holiday Inn Express was a great option for our business activity in the Elk Grove Village vicinity. Along with the hotel accommodation, the bar and restaurant located within were quite satisfactory for breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were extremely polite and accommodating in all aspects of our stay. Certainly, we would recommend this location for others looking for a hotel that is very convenient to Chicago O'Hara.

The foods in the next door restaurant was expensive.

Pretty close to O Hare, hence the title. Generally up to Holiday Inn standards, but that implies a little sameness. No fridge or microwave which was kind of a surprise, but comfortable with a decent bar/restaurant in the lobby.

I like this room, I will live again in the future.

I liked the service and the facilities. Nice hotel

Loved this hotel. Shuttle service available. Beautiful inside. Clean rooms.

Good stay. About what you would expect. Front desk mgr. and older driver we're argumentative and seemed untrained in customer service. Younger driver and female desk clerk were great.

There were several people outside the hotel bar in the parking lot doing drugs in a parked car... bad start. The manager or the lone person on duty was smoking immediately in front of the hotel entrance, so I got to walk into the place in a cloud of smoke. He was friendly enough. The elevator was very shaky, and entire hallway smelled like a mixture of gas station bathroom and Indian restaurant, but being masked by some terrible spray concoction in the air. The room was clean enough, quiet enough, and served it's core purpose. The area is relatively close to the airport, and close to Schaumburg... so that's a plus. I'll never stay here again though, especially with so many better options at a similar price point in the area.

The hotel is good and our room was very clean but parking is ~$30 a day and they don't offer any complimentary food or beverages. There are much better options in the area.

Nice hotel. Full service resteraunt and room service. Pool and gym. Easy to get to and only 15 minutes from O'Hare airport.

The main issue was that we booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. Smell was very strong, my wife had a headache within an hour. We do appreciate help from front desk on getting food delievered to the hotel, we got in late and the attached restaurant was closed.

The hotel was clean, no "funny" smells in the room, and the staff polite and friendly. There is a bar / restaurant attached to the hotel that was lively, with good food, a large variety of beers, friendly service and decent prices. Would definitely stay here again in the Chicagoland area.

Hotel was nice - after finally arriving. I called about the shuttle at 9:15PM. Was told to be patient that the shuttle had just left the hotel and should be there at 9:45. At 10:15 I finally took a cab with three others that had been waiting longer than me - and with the same story from the hotel staff. Watched several shuttles from other hotels come to the airport multiple times while waiting for this location. Maybe traffic - I don't know.

Only stayed here for one night. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice. The only negative was the airplanes flying very low since the airport was a few minutes away. This led to a lot of noise even at night and freaked me out since I'm afraid of planes lol. I should've have expected that though so if you have no problems with planes then this place was worth it for a short stay and a good price.

The location is good. However, my room was nearby the ice machine and it was little bit noisy.

I stayed there one night to use O'hare airport. This was the cheapest one in NW suburban Chicago. Not a bad choice for under $100. My daughter liked the indoor pool.

The hotel staff are very nice, always willing to help. I have a very positive experience with them. If you want to walk around, you do need a car though, otherwise it will not be very convenient.

The Room was awsome, the bed was very soft and the room was great, The Staff was there when you need it.. The Lady that cleaned our room did the best job i have every seen.. My Wife and I will be Back... Plus the the price is right too

The holt was nice but their was nothing anything really specials about it. The big thing that I did not like was that the house keeping kept trying to come in not onices but twice and clean i guess and it was not even cheek out time at all not even closes. I never had that happen to me before.

Very late check in went well. Yery happy with service
