Amazing hosts and the space is absolutely perfect for family/ friends, wfh, etc. It’s just awesome. The location is great for exploring Chicago, very centrally located, with lots to walk to as well. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great Property

Really enjoyed spending time at the property. Honestly couldn’t find a better place in Chicago to stay. The hosts were exceptional as well. Answered any questions and the house was exactly as advertised. Great place and great people.

We had our annual HS girlfriend get-together in Chicago this year and selected this wonderful place. Perfect for location, spreading out, game playing, privacy and location to everything. Beautiful home! Thank you!

Beautiful, newly renovated property in a great location

My family and I stayed in this home for a couple of nights and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for all of us and updated with cute furniture and nice, modern decor. I loved the exposured brick and the open living room/kitchen/dining area. I highly recommend this house!

Great experience, amazing stay

This place is perfectly located to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. The home is modern, clean and well appointed with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. The property management was responsive, thoughtful and exceeded expectations. 5 out of 5 would recommend

Absolutely gorgeous!

Stacy and Elliott were terrific hosts. They were helpful and friendly and answered all my questions immediately. The house is stunning. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped and so very clean. I hope to stay there again someday.

Stacy and Elliot were amazing hosts and their home is outstanding. The location is unbeatable, the accomodations are fantastic, and the house was impeccably clean. Couldnt ask for a better experience. The only problem is that im afraid if i hype their home too much then it wont be available the next time were in the Windy City! This will always be our first choice when we visit Chicago to see our daughter. Thanks Stacy and Elliot!

The home is beautiful and well located and the hosts are responsive and accommodating. We would have continued to book this place annually if not for a host misunderstanding surrounding a service dog.

Weekend stay for Lumineers concert

“The Wellington” was everything listed and more! It was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for a quick weekend stay! Stacy was a great host! She was always quick to respond to messages and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to rent again soon!

Amazing location

Perfect for our family. All one level so easy to keep track of our kiddos. Adorable playground thats walking distance and great access to restaurants, etc. Our 4yo didnt want to leave! Would recommend having sound machines if you have littles so they arent disturbed by train noise. We always travel with ours so not a problem at all.

My Chicago Happy Place

Don’t let the exterior for you. The house is located in a beautiful area Lincoln Park. Easy walk to the grocery store. Nice little breakfast restaurant across the street from the grocery store. This area is a beautiful place to take walks. The interior is absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail is evident and the decor is very nice and a cool layout. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning.
