Nice hotel good people good comfort beds good service good breakfast good location and everything looks good

Room was about what to expect for a 2 star room. Only had one bathtowell in bathroom. Carpet a bit worn. Bed was somewhat comfortable compared to other low cost rooms. Overall good stay but did not try breakfast.

Everything from the ceiling to the carpet was stained. Room was non-smoking but smelt strongly of smoke. Mattress was uncomfortable and covered in threadbare sheets. Pillows might as well have been two napkins stacked on top of each other. Hotel staff remained grumpy and off putting during our short stay. Would not recommend.

It was so nasty. The sheets and bed spread had previously been used and put it back on the bed the restroom was disgusting the soap had been used and set up on the counter by the sink it was just over all nasty and dirty. In the morning when I proceeded to go eat breakfast the breakfast area was so gross I would not eat or drink there was trash all over the tables and everything was just dirty

This hotel is rundown and in need of repair. Almost every part of the room was broke, chipped, walls stained, etc... The only bright spot was a great Himalayan restaurant across the street.

It wasn't clean my bed had hair in it my pillow had make up on it the bathroom door didn't close or lock the phone didn't work it was just nasty

The Beds were very old and lumpy. The room was dirty and the beds were not made properly so the sheets kept falling off. The lobby floors were wet and the employees did not make an attempt to keep it dry. The towels were stained. So it was only a 2 start hotel. It could have at least been clean.

The hotel was a little ferther away from where we were shopping than i thought it would be. The hotel itself was clean and had heat that is a plus. The only problem we had was our room key did not work the 3rd time we used it and had to get a new key and that key did not work at all so the desk clerk had to let us into the room--not good, need tohave room key that works. All in all it was a nice room nothing to write home about. but i would stay there again if needed to.

Could be a lot cleaner rooms and hallway carpeting. I would not stay here again.

The location was decent since i was there to attend the RTC graduation. But other than that everything was just so gross. Not ckean, it smelled, all types of stains everywhere. The staff was friendly, they messed up my rooms so they "upgraded" me.

We had requested non smoking. THE FIRST ROOM THEU ASSIGNED US REEKED WITH SMOKE, EVEN THOUGH THE DOOR SIGN SAID NON SMOKING. tHEY PROMPTLY SWITCHEDUS. mY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT, LIKE MOST MOTELS, THEY CLOSED BREAKFAST AT 9AM. iT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE UNTIL CHECK OUT TIME. oN THE PLUS SIDE, THEY HAD NON STICK SPRAY FOR THE WAFFLE GRIDDLE! wE PLAN TO STAY HERE ANY TIME WE ARE IN THE AREA.

the hotel servies was horible they didint have the room ready that i had reserved and then the last day i was there they had me switch rooms because somone had reserved it and the room they gave me had a bad ac unit with the room they switched me out of had a good ac unit and the key cards i was constenlty going to either get a new one or had to get it recharged becasue it was not unlocking my door i will not go back to this hotell agine i hated it

I was here for a graduation from Navy Bootcamp after a 10 hr drive. The room had a bad smell. The toilet was dirty. There were stains on the top blanket, sheet, and one pillow. The carpet was also gross. Other than that it suited its purpose for sleeping.

The room was dirty, there was a guy (maybe an employee of the hotel) with a very loud and noisy car and he kept driving back and forward day/night making a lot of noise; the worst part was my last day: "There was a party next door IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, I called reception to complain about it... 45 minutes later.. the same.. I just left at 3:05 in the morning. next time I'll pay 20 dollar more in Best Western.. cleaner and quiete nice place.

We had spent all day at Great America. The late check in was nice as we didn't need to leave the park to check in on time. Room was clean and provided a place for us to sleep at a resonable price. Nothing fancy, just basic. Would use this hotel again for the same purposes.

The Hotel is located in a lousy area. The rooms are extremely small. The mattress was dirty and stained. The Bathroom was like a small closet, to be able to shut the door you have to step into the tub.. The walls between the rooms are sooo thin you can listen to conversations. The pillows were soo thin that you have to double them over to get any support.

This was just a stopping place on a long trip. THe requirements were very low, and the Econolodge Gurnee met them. It was just a place to sleep. My first non-smoking room reeked of smoke, but the second choice of the clerk actually was free of smoke. This is a budget property, and expectations are necessarily low.

I needed milk for one of my kids and they gave it to me free of charge because I really did not lknow where anything was and it was late at night.

I arrived late, 10:30. Got to bed about 11:00, exhausted after driving & meeting all day. @12:30, woke to itching - BED BUGS!It was too late to drive around trying to find another motel so drove over 2 1/2 hours arriving home after 3:30a.m.Staff person at the hotel was very nice.It took 4 different people and a cut off call before I was informed that I would get a refund. I can't say I'd use [...] again due to the difficulty I had dealing with them after a really trying experience. I expected them to be much more accomodating and understanding.
