I chose this hotel partly due to the 4 star rating it had on Orbitz. It did not live up to that rating. Our room was not very clean - cobwebs, etc. The refrigerator froze everything we put in there and could not be adjusted. If I needed anything, I had to go down to the front desk to get it. It was disappointing all around and just meh. Not worthy of 4 stars.

Check in was a breeze. When we first got our room our a/c wasn’t working and within 10 minutes there was someone working on it. Our room was clean and it was very quiet. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The mattress was wondeful, but the pillows were lacking. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues in the room as well. But overall, a very nice stay.
The front desk service was bad had to waut 20 muns ro check in ,then the a.c was fixed to 65 max and wasn'tworking properly woke up 1 o clock in the night tried to call front desk no answer then went down to get room switched was 20 people waiting and only one front desk helper got back ...2as frustrated bad service
The staff was excellent. Especially Robinson in the dining room. Breakfast buffet was very well put together. Very clean. We will be back!

Staff is so friendly. Staff in restaurant are so helpful and friendly. Tony got my coffee every day at 6:00 am Dan at the desk helped us straighten out a "ride to the airport" major problem and got us to our flight on time.
Nice hotel in a quiet place. Good amenities- large room, nice swimming pool, nice bar.
