The apartment was cool and was on central heat from the building. Shopping near by was great. the only negative was the street parking on a very busy street and no assigned parking spot. Once parked you did not want to move your vehicle because you would not get the spot back.

The apartment is lovely and, with the air conditioning turned on before we checked in on an over 90 degree Chicago day, a welcome relief.Be aware that the apartment is a two story walk-up and may not be appropriate for individuals with mobility issues.
