The room was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The wifi worked great, and the rain shower was very relaxing. The breakfast had tasty choices which were all good. The coffee was brewed fresh with several options according to your preference. We liked it so much that we cancelled our upcoming stay at another hotel and rebooked those 3 nights at iThaphae.

Warm and welcoming hospitality from all the staff who made our stay in Chiangmai memorable. Rooms were clean with brand new amenities. Delicious home cooked breakfast with variety of dishes. The location is walking distance to tourist attractions. We would book again and recommend to anyone looking for an incredible stay in Chiangmai!

The staff was friendly, kind and sincere. The food being fully vegeterian but having so much flavor was important to me since I haven't found a single option being someone who is Muslim. Being able to eat everything meant a lot. It was also authentic thai food. The room was clean and room service every day. The ammeneties also were good quality.

I had a wonderful experience at iThaphae Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is perfect for sight-seeing in the old city; the staff is efficient and friendly; the complimentary breakfast is a delicious mix of Thai dishes and simple Western breakfast items. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable and there is a safe in each room. There is also a beautiful pool area with tables/chairs and lounge chairs for relaxation between outings. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is such a gem in Chiang Mai! The rooms are cozy and comfortable, but the best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast made by Maew Kalaya. She puts so much love into her cooking, and every dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were kind, helpful, and always made us feel at home. Plus, the location is perfect — right in the Old City, close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
