A very nice hotel

I stayed at the Hinoki Hotel for 4 nights in July 2017 with my wife, as we were attending a conference held at the Chiangmai Convention and Exhibition Center. We wanted a hotel, that would be as close as possible to the Center and our expectations were met fully by this hotel. The walk from the hotel to the Convention Center takes approximately 15 minutes, but the hotel also provided us with free shuttle service to the Center free of charge on each each day of our stay, so we could make it to the venue in just about 5 minutes. The hotel itself is newly built and everything looked very clean and new. The standard room was spacious and separated into several zones - the bedroom, the kitchen with a small dining table and a cosy 'living-room' zone with a couch and a TV set. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was fine, without very much variety, but the food was always decent. We also liked the laundry service at the hotel as the prices were very moderate in comparison to some other laundry services at hotels. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They even were so kind as to mail me an item of mine, that I accidentely left at the hotel free of charge. Would definitely recommend Hinoki Hotel to any visitor to Chiangmai, especially to those who want to stay close to the Exhibition and Convention Center!

Amazing Place

The room was immaculate. We were probably the first group to stay in the room. The only issue that I had is the location of the hotel. It was a bit too far from the town and cost a bit more to go to and from the market and shopping abd centers.

Close to Convention Centre

A comfortable new hotel with friendly staff. Really pleasant room, decent breakfast, huge pool. Hard to find with a taxi so best to have google maps or similar to help locate it. The walk to the Convention Centre in the morning was just 8 minutes but not well marked. One way was through a restaurant which was closed in the morning and the second was through a little green park which was very muddy. If that park walk had been sign-posted and path fixed it could have been very pleasant.
