Very nice property and room. Close to food and shopping. Staff was helpful at checkin/out and breakfast attendants were kind and attentive. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace next to the river. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely quiet and comfortable hotel overlooking the river. Enjoyed the breakfasts and appreciated being within walking distance of the old city. Room decor a little dated though, quite dark! Also beds were on a raised platform, posing quite the tripping hazard when staggering around at night to go to the loo! But aside from this, really enjoyed our stay

Cosy, comfortable, but far from the centre

Comfortable stay with helpful and pleasant staff. A nice view during breakfast next to the river. However, it’s a little far from the centre. A shuttle bus service makes up for this.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon as well as his birthday. The staff really went out of there way to make us feel extra special; roses around the room and a cake on my husbands birthday. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well as the scenery being right next to the river. Great boutique hotel experience. 👌

Quiet oasis

Lovely quiet oasis on the river. The room was well set out and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. The free shuttle each evening to the night market or walking street was good

The location on the river was nice. Price was very reasonable. Quiet - “Zen” atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Some staff were gracious, welcoming and helpful (especially the front door security guard. He was an angel). Rooms are old and need major work. The dinner we had was awful and atmosphere uncomfortable (hot, mosquitoes, etc.) - indoors! One morning we came down to breakfast and several tables had bugs crawling all over them. Our spa appointments were messed up - granted we asked to change times but the whole thing was a disaster. Staff apologized and offered a “fix” that in no way worked with our needs or schedule. TV and beds were a joke. Communication with the staff was not good. The charge for a shuttle to the airport changed depending on who was manning the front desk. We did get a free ride to the Sunday market but we just got dropped off with no directions or info regarding where we were or which way to go. We would not recommend this property.

Hi Expedia I have bad experience with this booking because the room description clearly gives detail the bathroom and bathtub. Unfortunately, I got room without bathtub. I asked staff, she explained the rooms double bed with bathtub are booked. Very disappointed and unhappy. She can fix this by dirty solutions connect the twin beds for bathtub room. I hate when I paid for what I did not expect, ruin my trip... The hotel clarified that the Chinese group earlier booked specific the rooms with bathtub. Well, I would appreciate you better improve option select within room (1) twin beds (2) double also the detail specific with that room. No more excuse and confusion. In here, i cannot make attached image here.
