Lo descuidada de las instalaciones..le urge mantenimiento total pintura desgastada chapas forzadas de la puerta cortinas y moviliario viejo, y me hospede en la "mejor" habitacion..la vista es hermosa ...las camas incomodas no hay agua caliente y dormir ahi es deprimente, si buscas un lugar comodo no es el lugar...el cobro alto a comparacion de las otras habitaciones( q es el doble) es solo por la vista asi q no lo vale

Great hotel on the lake. Very clean and comfortable with great patios facing the lake. Only real issue was the Wi-Fi which was temperamental at best. A refrigerator in the room would be an added bonus.

Decent stay. No view from room at Vista Laguna. The common area decks are pleasant. Room was fairly clean except many ants. Air conditioner did not work. No screens on the sliding door or bathroom slatted window to allow mosquito-free fresh air during the night or to clear room after spraying insecticide for ants.

Overall this was a good price for what you get!

Overall this was a good price for what you get! The hotel was a 7 minute drive outside of town. I would not recommend staying here without a vehicle although there was a bus stop right out front (not sure about the bus schedule though). The hotel was right on the lake and the pool/area was very beautiful! The staff were kind and friendly although they spoke no English they used Google translate to communicate with us the best that we could. The wifi is not in your room so you have to go to the lobby and it can be spotty when multiple people were using it. The breakfast was spectacular! We had coffee, eggs with tomato and onions in it and also tortillas! You can choose to add meat if you like and there is also fruit. You can also pay $15 pesos per bottle of water. The bed and sheets were not the most comfortable. The sheets I found to be scratchy although my sister did not mind them. All of the rooms have a nice balcony view no matter which room you get! The toilet always smelt kind of bad so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Overall the stay here was satisfactory.

The hotel was very clean and our room had lagoon view which was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was fast. The Continental breakfast was good and it included more than just coffee and toast. Our overall experience was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Vista Laguna - Superior View Room

The hotel was very outdated compared to the pictures we saw online. The power went out multiple times through the first night but the employees told us this was possibly happening all through the road as well. They tried their best to help us but because of the language barrier we were talking through google translate. The superior room is where we stayed and the only part that was worth it was the view but even then the unsafe feeling and lack of comfort does not make it worth it. The employees are VERY nice and good people. They tried their best but the hotel is simply not sufficient for a relaxing stay.

Bon hôtel à Bacalar

Hôtel sympathique avec très jolie vue et accès à la lagune, parfait pour profiter du lever ou coucher du soleil. La chambre familiale est très grande, mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements : la clim ne fonctionne pas bien, pas de wifi, la télé impossible à faire fonctionner, pas du tout de pression d'eau pour se laver. Personnel bien agréable, sauf au petit déjeuner si on y va pile à 8h (heure d'ouverture) on dérange ...et jolie piscine.
