Great value. This property is one block off Rte. 307 as you come into town from the north. Clean and cute fenced compound. Rooms air conditioned and clean and comfortable. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Quick 5 minute car ride to Bacalar waterfront. The two hour tour of the lake was great for 400-500 pesos. Water was so warm and pretty.

Great Choice if you don't mind the distance

The value was outstanding! The location is not too far from downtown Bacalar (across the main highway) and you save a ton of money staying here instead of a hotel closer to downtown Bacalar (if you have a car). It is probably a 25 minute walk to downtown Bacalar. Even though there is plenty of street parking, there are only four parking spaces right outside the entrance of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location just as you come into town from the north two blocks off 307. Great value for the money. Manager is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Room is clean and air conditioning works great. Bathroom shower could use some updating, but very adequate. This is our third time staying here. We didn’t hear the rooster this time; it may be gone now.

El lugar es bonito y cómodo

El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo. Lo malo es que está a 30 mins caminando de la laguna de Bacalar. No hay muchas cosas cerca, debes caminar a la carretera para comer algo. En la noche es demasiado oscuro por donde se ubica. En Bacalar hay pocos taxis, es algo que hay que tener en cuenta. La señal de internet estuvo intermitente, ni para poder ver bien algún streaming.
