Had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend, staff were all lovely, polite and friendly. Service and food were excellent in the restaurant area. All of the hotel was clean and well kept. The bedroom we had was on the first floor overlooking the garden, very comfortable bed. Good soundproofing, we couldn’t hear anything from the other rooms. The Only Place to Stay in Chesterfield

What a beautiful place to stay! Stunning decor, beautiful comfortable rooms and stunning views of the lush countryside. The fact there is a equally fantastic eatry in The Red Lion joined to the hotel is convienent and superb quality. I would say the prices of the hotel (which included breakfast) is well priced for the quality you get and the same with the food.

Stayed here after visiting Chatsworth House, the staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had been upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. We ate in the bar, as we weren’t particularly hungry, again good, attentive service, and the bar snacks ordered were very enjoyable. We would return and also recommend Peak Edge Hotel to others.

Lovely venue, friendly, helpful staff. Great location for exploring. We really enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant. Despite there being weddings happening over the weekend (we weren’t wedding guests), it was really quiet in our room and we weren’t disturbed during the night.

Lovely one night stay, hotel is modern clean and has large rooms. The bar area is well laid out. We didn’t eat, but due to its location if you need a meal you will likely end up eating there. Only one bad point is that the pillows were feather and soon went flat, I do wish hotels would have a synthetic standby pillow that does not go flat. Other than that we really enjoyed it.
