The hotel is perfectly located, with a great selection of restaurants nearby, and the Kuanzhai Alley subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. What I want to praise most is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. Something happened to my friend, and the front desk responded to the crisis very quickly. The manager personally updated us on the situation within two hours. We truly felt respected and experienced sincere service. Upon entering the hotel, the scent of burning palo santo from the fireplace greets you, creating an instant sense of relaxation that even many five-star hotels cannot match. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. The bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with toilet seat covers and alcohol sanitizing wipes. Each room also comes with fresh fruit, a Marshall speaker, and a capsule coffee machine, which is quite upscale.

This boutique hotel is absolutely charming. The service is thoughtful and check-in was seamless at the front desk. There are many attractions nearby; it also features local Sichuan opera performances and hot pot. It's very convenient to go to the Panda Base to see the pandas. We stayed on the top floor, with a direct elevator ride, and enjoyed the view of the courtyard garden. The room is spacious, with a minimalist decor that exudes a warm wooden ambiance, and the bathroom is excellent. I highly recommend the leisure area, which has a cozy reading corner, a garden with a pond, and a dining area. The vibe is fantastic, and we loved enjoying a hearty breakfast and afternoon tea there. During afternoon tea, the latte made by their barista is authentic, and the osmanthus latte is an extra delight. A special thank you to the hotel staff for providing WeChat information and a panda keychain as a souvenir!

This hotel is distinctive, beautiful, and full of history, with a uniquely elegant environment. It boasts a prime location, making it convenient to reach all scenic spots. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, and the hotel is ready to assist with any issues or difficulties you may encounter in Chengdu. The breakfast is delicious; they offer packed breakfasts for early trips to see pandas. There are also books available at the afternoon tea lounge. The laundry service is excellent, and they even provide fish food for feeding the ornamental fish in the pond. Every detail of the hotel shows great care, making for a wonderful experience. I will definitely choose to stay at Chuanxing Yinli Hotel again when I visit Chengdu. Highly recommended!👍
