The hotel location is excellent, directly adjacent to the Florence Duomo. It was a little difficult to find initially, as they don't have exterior signage. The hotel staff was excellent, and the room was great. I stayed four nights and enjoyed the hotel breakfast two mornings. It was hot in Italy during my visit, and the a/c was able to keep the room comfortable, but nowhere near cold.

Enrico at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The facilities are very clean. Breakfast is delicious. Walkable to most historic places that you would want to see in Florence. Train station is a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Very welcoming upon check-in and wonderfully located although it is a 20 minute walk from most of the main city sites. They offered a convenient, affordable bus option for getting into the main city faster, though we chose to walk. The room was comfy and suited our needs.
