We really loved our stay there. Definitely rent a car if you want to venture out. But the views the people were amazing! We will definitely be returning here when we come back to PR.

I enjoyed my stay here. William (porter/bellhop) was so nice, the young man at the coffee shop was kind and friendly, and the young man at Ocean Breeze bar (I think that his name was Agustin) made the BEST drinks! The location, on the beach, was GREAT. There were always loungers and umbrella’s available on the beach; and if there wasn’t one, the young man on the beach would provide one for you. The food was also really good at Ocean Breeze ( loved the lobster rolls)! It may not be affiliated with the hotel, but I do NOT recommend the Ruth’s Chris there. That was the worst Ruth’s Chris that I’ve ever eaten at. So just save your time and eat at the hotel instead. The only thing that would make this a perfect stay would be: (1) It would be nice if the pool was larger (or an additional pool) because it was always full. But, having the beach access made up for it. (2) Provide more information at check in about the restaurants, pool location, etc. I had to figure these things out the next day on my own. A written list with this information would be nice. (3) The young man at the excursions/tours area wasn’t helpful AT ALL. Therefore, I had to go online and find outside companies myself. So, don’t depend on hotel assistance for tours. Just book beforehand. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
