The room was clean but had many small things that needed repair. Toilet seat wobbled - only one of the screws held it in place. One chair had a loose arm. There was a small hole in the bedding blanket. The plug for the hairdryer was loose & missing a piece of plastic from the circuit breaker. They claimed to provide breakfast. They had coffee, hot water for tea, juice but only granola bars.

Ideal location for a mid drive stop.. front staff was top shelf and very helpful. There was some signs thatlike most chain motels somebody was starting to out profits into their pocket and not into infrastructure and by removing the breakfast despite still advertising it...leaving front line staff to deal with grumpy travellers

Booked non-smoking room and bedsheets had cigarette burns. Smoke could be smelled as soon as you entered the room. The mattresses were sunk which affected quality of sleep. The toilet got clogged and had to call maintenance on the very first day (maintenance resolved the issue right away).The room had several roaches. We had to buy cleaning supplies to mop the floor because the floor was sticky even after housekeeping moped. The microwave was old and looked dirty or burned but worked. The mini fridge was also old and worked but the top freezer needed to be defrosted and it burned some of my food items. At time of booking it said breakfast included and during check-in I was informed that breakfast was coffee and a granola bar only. No problem with staff, they were courteous. The area was very quiet no issues with others next door.

The room smelled like garlic and farts. Everything was dirty. There was black mold and a hole in the ceiling in the shower. Went to the manager. And then we left. I drove from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 in the morning to get home

The room is in need of repair. Paint on the wall was chipping. Floor might have been swept but not washed. Bed has access holes for small pets such as cats, to crawl into and hide. Breakfast is only coffee and a granola bar. Not even enough to be considered a continental breakfast. I was expecting at least a muffin and a tea. There was a roach of some type in the room. The Staff was very friendly and helpful though.
