The space
🏡 You’ll have access to the entire bottom floor of this modern, fully furnished apartment, which is just a few years old. This open-concept studio apartment is a perfect home away from home and is conveniently located in St. Elmo, on the slopes of Lookout Mountain, in central Chattanooga.

🤫 Please note that while the space is private, there are other guests staying in the unit above.

🍦🚠 Ideally located near the base of Lookout Mountain, you’re minutes away from the Incline Railway, local restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Explore nearby attractions like Rock City and Ruby Falls, or take a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga.
🌄 Step outside to enjoy the covered back porch and shared fenced backyard and fire-pit area, which adds to the charm of the secluded St. Elmo area. The apartment features a full kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a cozy sleeping area, and a living space. You’ll also be just steps away from Guild Trail, which winds around Lookout Mountain, offering fantastic outdoor adventures.

🔥 You'll have complete, private access to the entire unit and its patio. The backyard, fire-pit area, and parking area are shared with other guests.
Other things to note 📝
🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: Please use the shorter driveway for parking. The long driveway is reserved for the other unit and provides access to the garage. The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the rock formations. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.

🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 7 guests, ideally including children. There is only one bathroom and no private rooms beyond that. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 4.

🔇 Noise: There are other guests staying in the upper unit, so some noise may be heard. Please observe quiet hours from 9pm to 9am to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.

❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
