Our home is just a minute's walk from the renowned Riverwalk, a picturesque 16.1-mile trail linking the city's vibrant neighborhoods. Conveniently, bike rentals are available at the nearby trailhead, with multiple drop-off/pick-up points along the route.



It serves as a prime home base for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, and various local festivals.

"What kind of levels/stairs does the house have?"



• Stairs are required since home has 3 stories. Cardio makes us live longer, isn't it simply wonderful :) If you can't do stairs, don't book!



"Can I have more details on the home layout?"



• The home is three stories, you can park less than 6 feet from the front door.

• The first floor (ground level) includes kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath.

• Second floor features 2 bedrooms with full bath in-between, each with king bed. High end Samsung washer/dryer in laundry.

• The third floor has the spacious primary suite with soaring vaulted ceilings and private balcony, along with en-suite dual-sink master bath and upgraded chrome shower heads.



"Is the pool shared?"



• Yes. However, it's NOT open to the general public, it's a private pool reserved exclusively for our local, immediate residents and our guests only. Think of it like a resort-style pool that maybe enjoyed by other local guests. Pool open from March to October.



"Do you have parking?"



• Yes, we have a dedicated parking spot located right out front with additional parking available in the same lot.



HOUSE RULES:



• There is a Pet Fee of $40 per pet per night.

• No persons allowed on property who are not accounted for in reservation.

• No smoking anywhere on property.

• No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
