The Space
The space has an open feel with two separate sleeping areas and a beautiful front porch. The kitchen/dining room area has two separate seating areas. The bedrooms each have queen beds and one is equipped with a desk for those that would like to work while here.
Other things to Note
The property is located in a hilly part of the city, which lends to a beautiful porch, privacy and a mountain town feel; however, there are a good bit of steps from the street up to the house. Also, this is my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, not only for me, but also for the neighbors.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The location was great, easy commute to the attractions and the nice places to visit near town and downtown. House had everything that you needed for the staying, beds were comfortable. This was the perfect house for our family of 5, close to everything and in a quiet, clean area. The house is so cozy, we had just what we needed for cooking a few meals there, and it was very clean and tidy! Lots of good books around if you forget your own! The beds are very comfortable! Relaxing stay

My family was traveling to the area for sports and we were rained out the first day. Ed was very responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early since our activities were canceled. It was a lifesaver for our trip after a long drive to have a clean and welcoming place to stay, small touches like quality shampoos and nice kitchen equipment made it feel like home.

This little home was in the perfect location for our Chattanooga getaway! We got in our cardio workouts with the stairs a few times a day, which we needed from eating all the ice cream from Clumpie’s, lol! There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. The owner was quick with communication and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Came from Michigan for a climbing trip with some friends. Owner was very responsive with any issues /questions we had including making adding an additional night to our stay very easy and swiftly resetting the lock code when the initial one wasn't working. Would recommend!
