Their way or the highway. Will not book hotel rooms any more via Orbitz also.

Absolutely filthy! First I was told that I reserved a smoking room... impossible with 2 of the 4 of us having allergies and none of us smoke. The halls are littered with filth.. trash sitting in front of the room. Cigarette burns in the rug and covers. Shower racks yanked from the walls. The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Called corporate and have filed a formal complaint. I definitely want my money back and I will get it!

Door swipe card not working,no maintance on staff to fix or manager on duty.attendant was going to let me in and out with a master maintance key every time I left and reentered room.stains although hallway carpets.would not recommend to stay here.I also was refused a room was the only room they had left.

It's obviously been sometime since someone from corporate has visited this hotel. Filth sums it up.

It smelled like marijuana in the elevator. Every inch of carpet had stains on it. The toilet never fully flushed. There was a random section of wood showing on the wall in the bathroom. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The seams of the shower were moldy. There was a hole in the bed ruffle and a stain on the mattress. It generally smelled bad, the wallpaper was peeling and finally there was a wasp in the room. We had pre-paid with a deal on Orbitz, but left after one night. The manager has thus far refused to refund our two nights that we paid for, but didn't stay there due to the horrible condition of the room. If you have rooms this awful you need to have better customer service.

Needs hallways carpet replaced, turned me off as soon as I got of elevator, should have left

Only stayed briefly overnight and found it clean and affordable. Aubre at front desk was excellent.

The room was not clean. Footprints in the shower - before we got in it! Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. We will not return.

Upon arriving at the hotel I had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk for an employee to show up. I should have left right then. While waiting, the smell of pot was drifting down the hall from rooms on the 1st floor. By the time the person showed up to check me in several were waiting. During my check-in a woman comes to the counter and says she was just robbed. He told her to wait he was checking people in! The carpets are filthy! Rooms are small and room was over 90° when we finally got in and it stinks Suspicious activity in parking lot! Drinking and drug use. In the morning, 1 block away, 9 police cars and medics on site for a shooting.

Nice, clean room with comfy beds. Didn't want to leave!

Needs updating. Carpets were nasty. Sink was about to fall off the wall. Will not stay here again.

Check in went smoothly, but once we started down the hallway and saw the dirty carpets, we knew it was gonna go downhill from there. My family had (the last) nonsmoking rooms. My room had stained countertops and mildew on the shower walls, along with the horrible smell of mildew if I turned the ac down. I found crumbs and a leftover rubber band in one of the storage areas. The walls were also stained. The free wifi did not work in my room (but did in another). One of the other rooms had blood spots on the pillow case, and the toilet was clogged (which they fixed immediately). The free breakfast did not have anything worth leaving the room for. I take a few trips yearly, and have found this hotel to be the very worst of them all. I would suggest you put a few more dollars in & get something better. *photos are from my room*

The first room we were given neither the air conditioner or the refrigerator worked and there was a big stain on the rug in front of the bed. We complained and were moved to another room on the 2nd floor. The hallway's rug was stained in a number of places, our room really needed some TLC. The wall paper was peeling, carpet was stained, plaster by window needed fixing. The room was small but clean.

This was a great stay. Room was small but was not claustrophobic. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Wife and I were on a long road trip and this fit the bill perfectly for an overnight stay. Better than all other, higher priced stops. First Microtel stay and will definitely choose them again.

Very good room for the price. Only a short one night stay and well worth the money. Not luxurious but good value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

It was crazy. Rooms are very small. The breakfast was so so but ok. The area is nice..

They were doing some major renovation and the location wasn't very ideal.

I enjoy staying in this hotel when in Chattanooga. It's not fancy, but it is efficient, clean, comfortable, and very affordable. A great place to fall in bed and sleep!

We had a two night stay and for the money charged, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean / comfy. Would give it a 4/5.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We were only around the room to sleep. Everything was clean, room was quiet, staff was friendly, and the morning coffee was good! No complaints. Will stay here again, without question.
