They were very short staffed especially at breakfast. When we went down they were out of all the hot breakfast foods unless you wanted to make pancakes. The staff said the usual breakfast person was on vacation and they didn't know where anything was. We couldn't even check out as they pulled the staff from the front desk to cook. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn
