Warm, friendly staff, however, seemed understaffed upon check in. Room was not available until nearly 6pm and had been roughly cleaned. Crumbs were present throughout the room and makeup stains were present on a pillow case and the bathroom wall. Breakfast was served in a ballroom due to the restaurant still being under construction. This did not affect breakfast quality as everything was fresh and hot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Embassy Suites Downtown Chattanooga We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Downtown Chattanooga and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and having both a couch and a desk made the room feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room. The bathroom was equally impressive—especially the shower, which was spacious, spotless, and very relaxing. The bar and gathering area downstairs was excellent and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary drink coupons were a great perk and added to the overall value of our stay. A very special shout-out goes to Shelly, the bar attendant/manager—she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, she truly went above and beyond. We were there to watch the Super Bowl, and everything about the experience was perfect. When we were closing our tab, my husband casually mentioned that it was our anniversary. Later that evening, we received a call from the front desk asking to confirm this. Not long after, there was a knock at our door—Shelly herself surprised us with a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that completely made our night. Moments like that are what turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. I truly hope corporate reads these reviews, because employees like Shelly are absolute gems and represent this hotel in the best possible way.

Despite the bone chillingly cold temperatures, we had a great time on our girl's trip and thoroughly enjoyed the Embassy Suites. The location was ideal. The staff were great especially the manager, Brenden, who was friendly, helpful, and made us laugh while making us silly moms feel more at home than most hotels do. The beds were comfortable and the shower was on point. There was construction on the dining area and restaurant so we did have a makeshift breakfast setup in a conference room. Not ideal but somehow added to the homey vibe, like we were all family. We will be back when it is warm and all construction is complete!

The staff were great, but our stay was not as good as I expected it to be. The evening open bar was only open for a short time which really disappointed the adults. Also, breakfast did not live up to the standard I expect from Embassy suites; not having the option for an omelette was a big disappointment. Going forward I will no longer trust that all Embassy Suites have the same high standard that I’ve grown used to. As a note, if the hotel/location cannot hold up the same standard that other locations have held for years then it should be made know to the guests prior to their arrival.

This was a great hotel for visiting Chattanooga with children. The hotel was within walking distance to the aquarium and many restaurants. The indoor pool was nice and large for a hotel indoor pool. The breakfast was fine. However, there was a long line to get an omelette or waffle. The staff was hustling and doing the best they could to keep up with the demand. It was difficult to find a table to eat at because it was so crowded. All in all a great hotel and I would stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great for downtown activities. The pool was good for our 2 and 4 year olds. There was a variety of good breakfast selections.

We had a great stay and were very happy with our visit. The staff were excellent—everyone was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was excellent; it was a little busy, but the food was good and well worth it. We also appreciated the drink tokens for happy hour, which was a nice extra touch. We even decided to stay an additional night, and the staff made that process easy and stress-free. We traveled with our dog, and it was a very pet-friendly experience—our dog enjoyed the stay too! Overall, we’re very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Room is great. But was booked into a room, came back later and they gave the same room away to someone else- even though our luggage was in there. Found out when keys no longer worked for this room. Told the person at the front and they were rude about it and acted like it was my fault. Manager eventually came and everything was better from there. But there was a comment that they hoped our stuff wasn’t rummaged through after they gave the room to someone else. And the whole time they acted like we were putting them out, when we were the ones with a young kid having to deal with this annoyance. I get that mistakes happen for people. But they had no right to be rude to us about it.
