Stayed for one night driving through. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Slept great and conveniently located near the interstate. The staff were very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again when going through Chattanooga. Great price by the way!

I am writing this for a relative who stayed there while visiting us and also my observation. The check in clerk was very unfriendly. Room was below average at best. I would not recommend this motel at any price.

Very dirty place to stay and overpriced, had driven all night, very tired when we arrived so went ahead and stayed. (Bad choice!) In the morning well before check out, we carried a few things down to the car, as we were returning to room to finish getting ready two people were in our room and were pulling the stuff off the beds and had our ice chest in their hand. We asked them what was going on and they didn't speak English but kept pointing at the beds, we pointed back at the door and told them to get out. They did, we were still over an hour away from check out time and my wife's purse was still in the room, we went down to the office/front desk to let them know what happened and the lady behind the desk said there was no manager there for us to talk to and not to worry that those two people wouldn't have taken anything out of my wife's purse. Wow, we took the managers card and filed a complaint on the corporate website (waste of time!!!) The manager e-mailed us back and offered us a nights stay at that same location if it was available when we came back to that area. Not an acceptable resolution and will never stay at that location much less another America's Best Value Inn ever!

We read good reviews online so we thought we would give it a try. If it wasn't so late at nite when we got there and we were so tired. We would have left. Hair in a was cloth, dried urine on the toilet seat, yellow stain on the sheet and red lip stick on a wash cloth. And the spiders on the stair case. And one jumped on my daughter. We were so grossed out!

Dirty, room and linens had odor, bed was very uncomfortable. Price was not reasonable but had driven all not and was tired so settled. Next morning an hour before check out time started to carry some stuff downstairs since there is no elevator, when we came back to the room to finish getting ready and get the rest of our stuff the housekeepers who could not speak English were in our room stripping the beds and going through everything. I couldn't believe it, the majority of our stuff was still in the room along with my purse, we pointed for them to get out of the room and tried explaining to them we were not checking out yet. We finished getting ready, got the rest of our stuff and went to the front desk to complain, I explained my purse and other personal belongings were still in the room and the front desk persons response was they wouldn't take anything. Wow!!! the worst experience I have ever had as a traveler. Would not recommend this hotel if your security and safety is important to you!

Stopped here on my way to Wisconsin for 1 night,I get in late around 1:30am. The outside appears to be a nice place to stay. Parking lot is clean, the being looks to have a fresh coat of paint on it. It's well lit and it is convenienly right of the exit. The attendant was nice. I got a single King size no-smoking room costed me 87.00 non-refundable. I was tired so I paid and went to my room. To my surprise the room is very outdated. As I looked around my room I notice other things that started to piss me off about the price. The bed had a nice comforter with throw pillows but when I pulled back the covers, the sheets was dengue. The walls has holes in them and the doors looks as if someone tried kicking them down. The bathroom looks as if they upgraded the tiles and the tub but forgot about the doors, toilet and the sink area. It's no iron in the room and the area where the iron should be is nasty. If the price was in the range of 35-50 bucks I might would have given it higher makers because I would be getting what I paid for at this hotel. Since I almost paid a 100 bucks, I feel robbed and I hope others will read this post and beware. Please check out the pictures that I have included.

Stopped here during travel for 1 night. Room with 2 fulls was only $55. Got there and the TV had been stolen so we got a $5 credit (I just wanted to sleep anyhow). The bed was comfy to me. Everything has been kept in good condition, but is old and needs updated. Overall for $50 it wasn't bad!

I've stayed at other America's Best Value Inn in other states and I was a bit disappointed and so was my husband. We were celebrating our 6 months Anniversary and were kind of working on a budget which is the reason for choosing the Best Value Inn. The rooms could have been a lot cleaner than they were. When we got there we had no ironing board in our room and also we were only able to get one key card for entry to our room because the manager was not there is what we were told. When the manager arrived a really thought that we would receive a call to come and get another card. My husband and I own a cleaning business and the cleaning crew really need to pay a little bit more attention to detail when cleaning. Also our linen had a spot on it as well.

Everything I needed for a reasonable price. Old fashioned place with some modern updates, but that's fine with me. Friendly staff, decent and convenient location. Recommended for those who put frugality above luxury.

Stopped here on return vacation trip. Wanted clean comfortable room for night only and that is exactly what we got. Could tell was a newly renovated room. Very large flat screen T.V. with clear reception on cable satellite with many channels. All clean, comfortable bedding, carpet, furniture and bathroom. Nice new leather loveseat for comfortable television viewing and ours was a king sized bed. Price including tax $70.29. Room also had room size refrigerator and microwave. Only cons were no handicap rooms in this motel, but was able to get a 1st floor unit so was workable for us as is without elevator. Also was not stocked with bath towels by oversight only. Otherwise all good and would definitely stay here again. We did not check to see if pool was available or if continental breakfast was provided as we had no interest in either at this time. Good Eating options close by, plus easy close Interstate on ramp and gas station.
