Checking in was confusing. Would have been fine if we knew the process and the area, but we didnt. Had to go to a fish&chip shop to pick up the keys (meant to pick up a parking permit but one wasn't provided) then had to find the parking space. Told to right a note to leave on the car dashboard. * If you stay here make sure you get a code to put on the note as i got a parking ticket* They were really good and understanding and took responsibility for the parking ticket. Kindly said they'd sort it out for me. Good customer service, in that respect. Apartment was nice and spacious with a decent living room and kitchen. Would have been nice to have been told dishwasher tablets weren't provided and we could have taken some with us. The window in the second bedroom didnt shut properly and got very cold to the point I couldn't sleep. Both bedside lamps didn't have lightbulbs in them. Overall a good place to visit and explore the local area, enjoyed our stay despite these issues. Within easy walking distance to the historic dockyard.

Great weekend

My family and I were attending a family birthday party in Medway and this apartment in the Docks offered great value compared to booking multiple rooms in a hotel. The apartment itself was spacious enough, nicely decorated, well equipped and everything worked. It was also well located, surrounded by lovely bars and the usual restaurants.
