The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. We had a big problem casting from our devices to the television to watch some streaming services but the staff was wonderful and took care of it for us by offering us a free glass of wine at the bar and complimentary breakfast. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Charlottesville VA.

They did not clean our room the entire time we were there. I guess because we had a dog but that was not communicated. She was in a crate and would not have bothered anyone. Also our room was hot the entire time. Turning down the temp did not work completely and took hours to come down a couple degrees. Also the hotel was very crowded. Breakfast had a long wait so we went elsewhere. People at the gym were very rude with no extra machines. It was a horrible experience and we wont be back.
