Stay was great for my mother. There is an elevator in the building for her to use. Instructions and check in was simple. Everything was very clean and unit is spacious. One and only downside is that there wasn’t any soap or paper towels or coffee/tea so she had to buy some hinges during her stay. There was also only one set of towels and one toilet paper roll. I made a suggestion to property manager to provide some of these items and increase amount for things that were provided. Location is great!

My husband and I closed on a second home nearby the unit. We needed a place to sleep, eat meals, and provide for our mini-dachshund. This unit was licated on the first floor and had 2 wicker chairs on the porch viewing the lawn and 'dog walking spot. The unit was well maintained! Nice amenities were a real plus: walkways and sidewalks, fitness center, Firepit swimming pool, Outdoor grill, Sectional sitting area by pool, swimming pool. Whenever a concern was raised, the DLuxe person immediately got in touch with me and provided what was needed!

Great place in Charlotte

Spent 10 days in Charlotte at this apartment.Everything you need for a great stay. A well supplied kitchen and a sofa sleeper that is actually comfortable! There is a lovely pool and a gym.It is in a very nice area and safe to go for walks.The location is about 20 minutes from uptown but that was not a problem with a rental car. A bit far if you are looking for uptown bars at night.Large Outlet shopping mall in walking distance.Close to Topgolf and a few nice driving ranges.Check in and out was easy. Host responded quickly to any messages.Would definitely stay again.

Felt Like Home

My husband, my dog and myself came into town for an extended weekend. Checking in was super easy and parking was always available at all times of the day and night. The grounds were well taken care of and had great sidewalks for walks. The apartment itself was easily accessed on the ground floor and a door leading to a patio area which was nice for a quick potty break for our dog. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We felt like we were at home during our stay so much that we ended up extending it an extra day. The area was so convenient for shopping and food. We give this home 5 stars and would absolutely stay again!

100% disaster trip

poor communication from host, account locked with no access for trip, 2 cars towed in middle of the night, fine print in a paper folder that does not allow for important parking rules, hostile staff and withdrawing decision to compensate for towing and saying they did everything right and the customer is at fault for problems. Customer service horrific, rude staff not wanting come to compromise and acknowledge they trick their customers and jeopardize the safety of guests. Stay away from Dluxe stays...unless you like being taken advantage of verbally and financially
