The property itself was nice and clean and in a convenient location to downtown. However I do have complaints. The owner told me I couldn’t park in the driveway and had to park on the street. But depending on the time of day, street parking could be very limited and I’d have to park further away. Not the end of the world, just slightly inconvenient. Then Friday and Saturday night during my stay, the neighbors were having a loud gathering on their porch late at night and early in the morning making it hard to sleep. One of those nights they were out partying from 4 am -7 am. I messaged the host on the app and on his Instagram account (which he provided to me and said to message with any concerns). I said I knew there was not much to be done about the parking situation or the neighbors, but that I did want to make him aware. I received no type of acknowledgment, apology, anything from the host. The next message on VRBO was the automated check out instructions message. Normally I would not write a negative review unless something egregious happened, and I would have left a positive review if the host had acknowledged my complaints. But alas, over 24 hours since the message, and 8 hours since checkout, and here we are. Nice space, but wouldn’t stay again.

Overall it is a great space we would have liked to park closer being the driveway is pretty steep, the only issue we had was we couldn’t get hot water at all for the bath tub which I looked forward to a soak but minimal warm water on the shower. It was late when we returned so we did not reach out to host but in the morning the shower finally got hot but the tub never did also we are used to medium to firm bed and the bed there was to soft for us.

Cozy space
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The studio room was quiet, and the rooftop patio was a great bonus—we even caught the fireworks! The only challenge was parking. I wish there had been a way to unload right next to the steps leading up to the studio. We checked in on a Sunday, and the driveway was full with no available street parking. A cart to help roll in items would have been helpful. We needed to extend our stay by a few hours and were able to do so for a small fee—totally worth it!We gave 5 stars because most everything was great—thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent overnight place to stay.
Place was like new, very clean and in a nice neighborhood near downtown Charlotte. Had a nice upstairs deck with a small ping pong table, table and chairs and a Bar-b-que pit. We just stayed overnight on a trip, but would highly recommend to anyone staying in Charlotte.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This property was more amazing in person! I believe the bathroom sold it for me! This property was also in close proximity to downtown and everything was less than 10 minutes away from the house. My only concern was that the bedding was unclean but they did provide extra sheets/beddings that we were able to change out. Overall, this property is beautiful and it is the perfect getaway!

Great little property!
Very nice place for a short stay. Nice amenities. On street parking could be difficult for some given the steep drive to access. Good area that is accessible to several areas of town. Good communication with property manager. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for my quick business trip
I was in and out of Charlotte for a quick business trip and found this spot to be quite homey. The local park provided a great place for my morning jog. A 15-minute walk and I found some great NC BBQ.
