Beautiful View and Lots of Lake Front, Deep water for boats, dock to swim and fish off of! Your perfect retreat!

Located near Buster Boyd Bridge on a beautiful peaceful cove.

Three bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, single bed in the basement main room. Plenty of beds and space!

Near many things including Carowinds Amusement Park, North Carolina Whitewater Center, Botanical Gardens, and so much more!

Smoking is NOT allowed on the PROPERTY anywhere includes outside! A $200 fee assessed out of deposit if there is ANY evidence of smoking on property.
We require all gusts to send a copy of a signed contract to rent the house and also a copy of their driver licenses 2 weeks before rental starts.
W require all guests to wear life vests on the dock and around the lake. Renters must be in communication with us to get life vest sizes 2 week prior
