The room was very cozy and quiet. The room was very clean and the staff, I know one of them was Mariah, they were all so professional and kind. Very nice place to stay! I would recommend Springhill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Concord Mills Speedway to everyone for a wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast at this location was very weak with very limited options. Even worse, the employees started closing everything down before breakfast hours were over, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a Marriott property. This definitely needs improvement.

The room was solid. The staff were grumpy and unhelpful. The breakfast attendant had a big fit about how people keep breaking the spout on the device to poor waffle batter. If people keep breaking it maybe order a better container for pouring waffle batter not have a fit at your guests. The they cleaned up the entire breakfast 30 minutes early so when my husband came down for breakfast at 9am it was already picked up and he was unable to get breakfast.
