Home was as advertised. Neighborhood was upscale and felt very safe. Overall we enjoyed the stay and it suited our needs for the 2 night stay. With a large family not having a dish washer was kind of painful but it was fine and as advertised. Living room was large with lots of space but the couches only sat 4-5 people at one time so entire group could not gather to watch tv comfortably. Adequate family seating for the number of people the home sleeps is my normal expectation. My one real complaint is that most of the window covering were single panel curtains or plastic blinds with broken sections which felt very uncomfortably exposed in a city setting. Central bathroom blinds had very large broken gap at a perfect viewing angle for anyone outside the back of the house to watch you showering. I used a towel to cover the entire window to solve the problem while we were there but I would suggest the owner invest in better window coverings for the entire home.

This property was the perfect location for our needs. We were in Charlotte for our son’s wedding and the church and the reception were very close by. Also, the rehearsal dinner was planned at a restaurant at “The Bowl” which is also very close. There is also a great greenway less than a 10 minute drive for walking if that is what you enjoy. The house was clean and quite spacious. The kitchen is large and well stocked except we could not find kitchen towels for drying dishes. Also, some of the window blinds are in poor condition, missing some slats and some are broken. The yard is spacious and fenced, however we didn’t spend much time there. Although a large hospital is very near, we were not disturbed during the night with any sounds from emergency vehicles. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. Thank you for hosting us and our pups!

The home was clean well stacked with kitchen items and very spacious. Our family could not have had a better location for our family reunion. Having 4 bathrooms and 7 queen size beds was a bonus. I selected the home only because it was close to where my granddaughters live, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. I would rent again Larry G

Great location, spacious and very clean

We stayed at the house with our elderly parents. They both use walkers to get around. Thankfully this house is easy to get around for people with walkers (although there are some steps up to the house). The house was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Our dogs were happy to explore the yard.
