Awesome home and property! Host was excellent, super helpful not only during the booking process but also during our stay! Very clean home, the yard was great for our dogs and the neighborhood was a very convenient location for getting around town! Would definitely book again.

Loved this property! It was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and quiet. Charming home, nicely furnished with warm, natural touches throughout, and it’s tucked away in a well-established neighborhood with friendly, respectful neighbors. There was plenty of space both inside and out, and the host was extremely responsive. We would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Nice Stay in Charlotte

The house was clean & as described & had very comfortable beds! Convenient location near Uptown in a quiet neighborhood, however the neighborhood isn’t very walkable but the fenced in yard made up for that. Wes was easy to communicate with & responded quickly.

Wonderful stay, flexible and responsive

Our stay in Charlotte was absolutely wonderful. Communication was super quick and responsive and we were able to fix any concerns about arrival departure times. I even left a small bag behind and the host quickly shipped it to my home. Highly recommend!

Adorable Clean Dog Friendly Accommodations

I travel to Charlotte once a month typically, I don't bring my dogs to work, but unfortunately this week I had to bring them. I found the Bartletts place on VRBO. I was extremely pleased when I got there. The house was spotless and the fence was fully fenced in and the Wi-Fi And ring doorbell made me feel extremely safe. The house has everything you need! Bravo Bartletts!

Perfect getaway

The house is exactly as described, clean and updated and in a quiet neighborhood near everything. I cant think of anything i would change, the house was cute, perfect for our little group and never felt crowded. The backyard was nice and could see the city! Definitely a great place. Thanks!

Charming little bungalow

Wes made check in and out super easy. Pictures are true to what's posted. Neighborhood is quiet. Wes was attentive and willing to run out for the porch light but we managed to get it working on our own, just needed a bulb change.

Nice House But Beware

We enjoyed our stay (despite the smell of marijuana in the backyard that prevented us from spending much time out there). The hosts fixed an issue we had very quickly. However, after checkout, we were accessed hundreds of dollars worth of damage for carpeting UNDER furniture. Please learn from our mistake and take before pictures under the couches and beds. We don't believe we were responsible for this damage but we cannot prove it. Take pictures and protect yourself.

Amazing home

Our stay was amazing the home is so beautiful! The outdoor seating and fire pit was perfect for us! The way Wes was there at anytime of day/night to answer questions made us feel so comfortable! Excellent experience I’d definitely stay here again!

Great overall experience

We enjoyed it very much. Main reason for not giving your rental a five star review was the fact that we could not spend much time at all outside due to the constant smell of pot in the air from next door.

Me and my partner had a very nice stay! The house itself was very clean and super cute. The host was also very good at maintaining contact and ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and we had no problems at all. I definitely would recommend staying here :).

Cute little VRBO for just what we needed

The place was super cute. Plenty of space to include the backyard to accommodate our Bernese mountain dog and great Pyrnees. Communication was great with the host who also gave us some great suggestions on things to do while we stayed. And very welcoming of our dogs as well.

The owner was very responsive and accommodating. While the house itself was well-maintained, clean, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, we were disappointed with the neighborhood. It wasn’t in the best part of town which made us feel uneasy at times. However, the interior was lovely and dog friendly which was a big plus for us.
