Entire space is private including 250 squ ft bedroom, 1 full bath, separate driveway, private porch & entrance. Located in a separate part of a house in a safe quiet neighborhood. No kitchen. Small fridge, microwave, & coffee maker (coffee & supplies) included. Tenant will not have access to the rest of the house. Owner will not have access to the rented suite. Private porch contains a porch swing for 2, 2 rocking chairs/table, & 2 chairs. Private space includes ceiling fan, towels, pillows/comforter/sheets, full shower/bathtub, &shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, &bath soap. Comfortable 60 inch wide King size bed. It also has a twin mattress that can be pulled out from underneath the king size bed to use for a child or an adult. Train to uptown is 1 mile away. Several hospitals nearby within 5 miles. Bowling alleys/restaurants/bars/breweries 1 mile.

This quiet spot is a charming place to stay, offering a cozy atmosphere and nice neighborhood. We appreciated our time there; the accommodations were clean and easy to book. The host was very kind. I traveled from California to visit a friend, and we had a pleasant stay. We stayed over the weekend, and because of the snowstorm, my flight was canceled, and I had to rebook for Monday. The host was very understanding and offered to assist in any way possible. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely book again when I come to visit again.
