10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
It was a comfy setup for our family of four - a historic property that is nicely modernized. Very clean, no issues. Comfy beds, basic toiletries provided, etc. Good communication with the host. Easy parking. The park across the street has tennis courts and a playground on the far side - also clean and quiet. Very convenient to uptown.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
This property was OK for what we needed at the time. The cleanliness was not great paint peeling off walls. The washer dryer combo in the property didn't work. Television in master bedroom didn't work. Homeless person sleeping on bench across street just wasn't an appealing situation all around. Then communication with host was difficult. Then my phone number was given to hosts brother and had to begin communicating that way. My only issue with that was i was never asked about my information given to family member. So over all it was OK but was not happy about the situation or experience over all.
