I was there on a very busy weekend which made my stay very uncomfortable. The room needed some little fixes and the housekeeping did a rush job. The bed felt very flimsy and was not well made. The choices of food, quality of food were excellent and the staff very friendly!

Overall the hotel was good. The toilet in our bathroom was so low I could not use it. I think it came from a school bathroom for 2nd grade. The room across from us had a little dog that barked for 50 minutes while the owner went to breakfast. Except for the toilet, the room was fine, very clean/

Hotel in dated. Premium room beds have leather frame peeling off. Only two out of four elevators functioned and staff kept using them (presumably due to service elevator malfunction), leading to congestion. Multiple areas of the hotel smelled of pot. Parking garage is no longer functional so only open air parking available. Hotel seems to be dilapidated, left without a maintenance plan and below standard for a Le Meridien. Staff was kind. View from room of Charlotte is great. Location is okay.
