Bed was horrible. Tilted so much that we kept rolling to the middle. Also threatened to charge us a crazy amount for a paper parking pass that we had to keep in our car. They did not tell us how to return it. I guess we were supposed to go down to the car just before checking out and then go back up and put it in the apartment and then go back down to the car. Ridiculous. Provide a return box or something in the garage.

Overall our stay was excellent! The unit was VERY clean and smelled fresh as well and was very accommodating. It is a bit confusing trying to figure out what door to go in, especially after hours. The paid parking was great but is extremely tight trying to maneuver in the parking deck.One thing we did not like was the furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable and stiff feeling. The bed was comfortable but it dipped in the center making getting out of the bed difficult. Communication was very good! If we are in Charlotte again we will definitely make a reservation to stay.

Quiet and near light rail and uptown Charlotte. Room was too sterile/cold. It was very clean and spacious, but not very comfy. The mattress sank in middle and couch was uncomfortable. Bathtub deep and no grab bars. no hangers. Ok kitchen. Instructions were good but complicated check in . Virtual front desk was responsive. Extra for parking which is pretty much only option..
