If I could give 3.5 I would. Have stayed here many times. We like the hotel, but our last stay my daughter and both noticed the bathroom was dirty compared to previous stays. Also our check in seemed longer then ususal.

We’ve stayed here a few times while visiting NC, but this time wasn’t our best stay. The first room we were given keys to smelled very strongly of cat urine, so I was thankful that they were able to give us a different room quickly. But during our 4 day stay, housekeeping never came by. The sheets are not great and fall off the bed

I expected much better from a hotel with Hilton in its name. When we checked in, the customer service was lackluster at best. It wasn't unpleasant, but it certainly wasn't cheerful. Upon arriving at our room, we were hit with an odor that neither of us could identify. My partner thought it smelled musty, while I thought it resembled body odor. To make a long story short, we were so tired that we passed out and didn’t bother asking for a different room. We either got used to the smell or it dissipated. However, when we returned the next day after a family event, the odor hit us again. That’s when I figured out that the smell was a combination of body odor and smelly gym shoes. The parking lot was full, and it was past 10:00 PM, so we decided to deal with it. Additionally, the shower stall was not very clean, as you can see in the picture, and the couch showed signs of wear. There was a missing iron and no ice bucket—these may seem like minor issues compared to everything else, but I figured I’d mention them. We had a reservation for four nights but left after just three because we didn’t want to continue dealing with the situation. I ended up going back home. With all that said, other than the worn-out couch, the dirty shower pan, and the smell, everything else looked immaculate, including the hall, common areas, and the rest of the room.
