The first room was dirty, the tub was not clean, the water in sink did not go down, abd there was stains on the pillow, we were moved to another room, which wasn't any better but we made the best of it my using lysol, lysol wipes to clean the bathroom and the room itself. I will NOT be staying at this property in the near future.

The Staff is very unprofessional and does not care about the service they provide. I attempted to get diner at the hotel restaurant on Wednesday night, January 7th and the staff saw me waiting at a table and would not come to take an order. So, I left, went back to my room #819 and ordered room service from restaurant. The same guy who did not take the time to wait on me downstairs answered the room service call. I asked if I was the man who just left the restaurant and I said, "Yes". I placed a diner order and he said, "it will be right up and it's on the house. I waited until after 9PM, when the restaurant closed and my diner was NEVER DELIVERED, Bad News. I will never stay there again and recommend that no one from my company stay there. Just TERRIBLE.

Dirty brown rag in my bed, ice machine was broken, had to pay $20 to park in a parking lot that was near nothing. spackle on the ceiling in places falling down. Table covered in dirt or something brown shaved up. Just for as much as they nit pick and charge for every little thing that is standard with most hotels you would think they would be nicer and cleaner than this.
