The property was very clean and mostly updated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay and the pool is small but clean. The area is great - plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and convenient to many local attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not pay ahead of time, that was the lesson we learned. Shower curtain was hanging on by a thread and when we checked in late all we wanted to do was sleep- unfortunately the main room light was broken and wouldn’t turn off. No one picked up the phone so we had to go in our PJs to the front desk to get a new room. Exhausted, we moved all of our things only to find the second room’s thermostat broken. They said they couldn’t give us a refund of any kind because we paid through Expedia. I was told a manager would call me to see if I could at least get the pet fee refunded as a consolation but haven’t heard from them. Overall it seems this property needs some serious updates so if you’re staying be sure to wait to pay there in case a refund is owed.

It was just okay

Wouldn’t recommend. Lobby was nice and clean, breakfast was decent. Room itself was awful, the door was properly installed so there was a massive gap in the bottom to the hallway. Fan and light in sitting area didn’t turn off, you could turn the fan off but the light couldn’t be turned off with any switch. Called front desk and although polite were unable to help with the lights Bathroom was barely clean. Beds were super hard.

The hotel was decent, and the front desk woman was nice. When I came she had to go help a guest in his room so there was a delay to check-in. There was a man who was walking around, whom she identified as one of the owners. I asked him what the hours of the pool was and he said he didn’t know. I later came and made a remark “that lady asked me the hours of the pool, laughed and said I have no clue”. He was surprised to see me there still. I found it arrogant and ignorant, being an owner does not make you a good leader and that was a prime example. I loved the location the best. Inside of the hotel was decent, and the front line staff were polite.

No grab bar in shower and tub floor was slippery. Also, no towel rack to hand wet towels. The door between the bedroom and living area had been removed - why? This made it difficult to let one person sleep while the other stayed up watching TV.

The doors rattle because they don’t fit the door frame. There’s large gaps all around the door where I could see into the hall. However, the staff was very understanding and accommodating to my safety concerns.

Took my money at the site after I already paid

They charged me $100 deposit upon arriving after paying thru hotels.com and KEPT my deposit! I was told it would be refunded upon checkout. No one was at the counter when I checked out I had to have maintenance locate someone. I asked for a receipt and was told because I booked through a third party I would receive receipt from them which does NOT reflect the $100 deposit. I have pics/videos the room was left in the same condition we found it. We even cleaned out the jacuzzi tub which had NOT been done prior to our arrival. I tried calling I keep getting the run around. I just want my $100 refund as PROMISED by the lady at the desk. This will cause me to never stay there again it seems they are taking peoples money and getting a way with it!!!

It was our wedding night and this was the only hotel we could find with a jacuzzi tub. I thought the hotel would be upscale. The person at the front desk had multicolored hair and multiple piercings. People were at the front desk complaining about a teenager begging for money in the hotel. There were people walking around that smelled like pot. The bed was comfortable although should have had more pillows. The room was very basic. The breakfast was good and they had coffee and tea available the entire time. When we left there were questionable people hanging outside the hotel and in the parking lot. It appeared maybe homeless people were staying at the hotel. Not exactly what we expected for our wedding night. It was ok because we were tired but wouldn’t go back.
