We had a great stay. Easy check in, rooms were ready and comfortable. One of the back bedrooms had a perfect space for our dogs’ crate which was very helpful. It was nice to have the tv in the kids bedroom. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Close to a cute little town. We stayed for Ren Faire and will stay again if we come for next year!

House was convenient for us! Came for a baby shower that was at our friends new house less than 3 minutes away. A little hard to see at nighttime, can easily miss the turn in and no where to really u turn from there :/House was floors were a little creaky. But beds were comfortable! And house was stocked!

We had a horrible experience staying here. We booked for two night. The second day mid-day we discovered the water was not working at all. I reached right out to the property owner and it took 2 hours for them to get back to me. They said they would have their team look into it, then another 2 hours passed and they asked me to check if the water was on. We were out to dinner but I responded back right away when we got back to the property that there was still no running water. I got NO response. We went all night with no water and no water in the morning prior to checking out. W could not shower, give our kids baths, wash baby bottles, etc. The community was horrible and honestly the worst experience I ever had with a rental. I do not recommend.

BOOK WITH CAUTION! I arrived at the property. And upon entering I noticed dirty dishes. None of the beds were made and both toilets dirty with one clogged. I was told "they didnt know I was checking in that day" when it was booked months prior. It really put a damper in my weekend plans as I was traveling with a pet. Only positive is that I was issued a refund.

Sitting for a fishing tournament

Great location for lake Norman visit. Room for 2 trucks with boats. Property for clean and quiet. There was no BBQ grill and cooking utensils were sparse. It would be nice if they had more pots and pans, I prefer to cook at the house vs going out to eat. We had to buy a grill to use for this trip. Be careful when showering in main bath tub, it is very slippery. I would stay at this property again in the future.

Great stay! Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our Christmas trip to visit family. The house has plenty of room, and everything was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was huge for us to take our dogs out. Soggy provided great communication and everything went super smoothly. We will definitely stay again when we come into town to visit family.

Apparently host doesn't make mistakes

I'm going to make this very short and sweet. I can own up to my mistake by saying that I booked the wrong dates, but as soon as I figured it out I emailed the host with absolutely no reply back.I understand this is a business and possibly someones livelihood, but when someone honestly made a mistake, please have enough empathy to work with YOUR CUSTOMER. After 5 messages and a call to VRBO, I was told that since the dates have passed its my $615 loss. Oh I forgot to mention the host did text me and asked for a “5 star review to help out a small business”. Here’s your review buddy! Hope you enjoyed the free money.

Clean, plus great outdoor space!

Immaculately clean home with the most amazing fire pit and sitting area out back. Modern furniture, great bathrooms, full size fridge, plenty of supplies. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had a pizza cutter, yay! Harris Teeter grocery store nearby had everything we needed for the fire. Host was very friendly! Would 100% stay here again!

Enjoyed Outdoorsy Escape

Very nice home, clean and comfortable. Large kitchen with a long counter type table. The large backyard is great for playing with dogs or kids. The fire pit area would be nice for evening outdoor activity, once the temperature drops a little! You would need to bring wood for it. For a bustling location, near everything, it is very quiet. Definitely would stay again.

Quiet and Convenient

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was well organized, clean, and had sufficient space for our quick weekend trip. We were pleased to find that the home's location was conveniently located close to all of our planned destinations from the NoDa district in Charlotte to the Davidson/Mooresville area. The home also has a great yard for the pups to play! We only had a very minor issue regarding communication with the owner when we were trying to pay our remaining balance due on the reservation, which was handled differently than the process we had been accustomed to in the past with VRBO; however, the issue was remedied quickly after we communicated with customer service and a few direct messages to the property inbox. We were happy that all plans worked out and we were able to check into the property easily and successfully...and had a wonderful weekend!

Great time

Small house but vert adequate for us. At first we had 4 staying and the second night 2 grandchildren as well. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. Well located for just about anything you want to do in the area of Huntersville, NC. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
