There should be a clear fee charge if you have a pet that has to be paid up front. There was nothing stating I had to pay a $35 charge to have a dog. Once I went digging, I saw that, but it wouldn’t allow me to add that when booking and it had to be paid before allowing us to check in. I didn’t like being blindsided by an additional $35 charge.

Although the beds were made up, the sheets on the bed had hair and dirt or crumbs on it. It was obvious that they had not been changed. We checked out immediately and requested a refund. The refund was refused by the hotel and Expedia. We will not book with this hotel chain ever again.

The room was nice and clean, the side door was broken so we couldn't enter the side which was frustrating. The shampoo was empty in the shower. The breakfast wasn't good at all, both days, they had no eggs and the coffee was empty.
