the room was sooo big! ac worked great. If you are in a room facing the highway(through the trees) - you will hear the loud motorcycles...I used a fan so it didnt bother me at all though. free wifi good for zoom calls also

For an overnight it was good. The suite w 2 queen beds was spacious. Would have been nice to have an overhead light at the coffee bar station and the beds pushed further into the room. Toilet lid had a large round stain. Noticed a mound of bugs above in the perspex ceiling in the elevator. Missed buffet on the weekend, which ended at 9:30. Would have been nice for it to close at 10am on weekends.

Room was large and comfortable. Service was excellent. Parking was ample. Overall a decent place to stay. If I was to complain about something, I felt the carpet was due for a good cleaning. I would stay there again.

The clerk at the front desk, Jose, was very welcoming and kind. I believe we received an upgrade. The room was spotless and spacious. We stayed overnight after our vacation to Myrtle Beach. Man oh man, what a restful night; I sincerely mean it! The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get out of bed the following morning! The hotel is in a very safe location. Also, there are eateries directly across from the hotel - Chik Fil a, Dunkin Donuts, etc. - and nearby. The breakfast was okay. However, we were grateful to sit down to have a bite to eat and a beverage to drink before we checked out. We will definitely return to this hotel when visiting the area. Definitely recommend.

Great stay, Comfy, clean and very great staff. The breakfast was not very good. Sausage had cold grease on it and the eggs, not good. But everything else was good.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they were smaller than a full size bed. Very tight for 2 people to sleep comfortably. We had a few broken things in our room and the hair conditioner was empty. Just a few details that needed a bit more attention.

Very Disappointed Overall

The check-in went smooth and the room was clean. The inside of the micro refrigerator was warm and we had things that needed to be kept cool during our 4 day stay. The front desk clerk was the only one on duty and when he failed to show up after considerable time I went to the front desk and was given a key to a different room. The clerk was courteous but very busy and the rest of the hotel was accommodating and friendly. This room was also clean and orderly and the refrigerator was working. The room air conditioner had a confusing control panel and it took two days to get it set to comfort. The biggest reasons for a low overall rating is there were small blood stains on the comforter and a piece of tape stuck to the bottom sheet. See pictures below. I did not mention this to hotel personnel but had planned to tell Hotels.com and Comfort Inn and Suites. The pool was clean and refreshing but all the lounge chairs were unusable due to torn fabric. We will not stay at this hotel again and are frequent visitors to this area.
