The house was clean. But carried a strong smell of cleaning solution that was present for our full stay. We got dizzy and nauseous the first night. The home is perfect for those looking for a very basic stay. The home is small but that is perfect if you are just using it as a place to sleep. Collier House stay experience.

Everyone in our party expressed our satisfaction with this property and the experience it provided. It was clean, attractively decorated ,well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and other amenities and located conveniently. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My experience communicating with the owner during the booking and pre check-in period was very positive. She was very friendly and welcoming. Also, instructions to the guests were reasonable and clear. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Our stay was very comfortable. Clean house. Updated everything! Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. Two car parking with a nice yard. I would have preferred a king sized bed in at least one of the rooms but other than that, I can’t complain. I would recommend.
