Definitely was not the vacation we were hoping for...1. Location was great2. Photos of the place were definitely not current. The main living area was dirty. The couch was heavily stained, the rug/carpet had holes and there was something dripping from the wall3. There is massive construction right next to the property. We were woken at 7:00 am one day(with construction) and 6:00 am the next and had the pleasure of looking out at an outhouse. The project is massive.

Excellent place to stay in Charleston!

93 B Spring Street is a beautiful place! We would definitely stay there again. It is super clean and the decor is amazing! The outdoor sitting area is so nice to sit with your morning coffee or late night cocktail. there are many restaurants within walking distance and just blocks away from King street. The Pink Catus restaurant is right across the street. The parking space is nice! I highly reccomend!

Good value for the money

This VRBO is in a good location - easy walking to nearby shopping and dining, and a quick drive to the harbor. I love that my 2 friends and I could each have our own comfy king bed and beautiful private bath. The property is super cute and very clean, perhaps with the exception of the LR couch - it looked stained and in need of some TLC. Our microwave was on the fritz and apparently couldn't be fixed while we were there. It was a little frustrating but not a must-have feature as we were primarily at the property just to sleep. The only other thing I would mention is that the LR under-rug is a tripping hazard.

Great place!

This is a very cute location right off king street. The property manager were accommodating to our needs especially because the parking situation in Charleston can be tricky. Would absolutely book any of their properties again!

Loved Our Stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Manor 93-B. The property was decorated beautifully, very clean and in a convenient location to King St. If you have large luggage and plan for each room to be occupied, that may a problem. During our stay, we kept our belongings in the largest room, but slept in a different room. You can sometimes hear people talking on the street, but it didn’t disturb us. However, we were not weekend guests. We would definitely stay there again!
