The Space: Welcome to the cozy 1,100-square-foot Kitchen House, a perfect retreat for your next getaway. This charming home offers two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen bed for a restful stay. Both rooms are thoughtfully designed with ample closet space, dressers, and windows that provide lovely views of the serene gardens and courtyard.

On the first floor, the spacious living area is ideal for relaxation, featuring cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy dining nook. A convenient bathroom with shower adds extra comfort. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully stocked kitchen includes full-sized appliances, washer/dryer, cookware, china, and flatware, along with a coffee maker for your enjoyment!

The second floor will feature both queen bedrooms, alongside a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Step outside into your private courtyard garden, a peaceful oasis with a bubbling fountain, manicured boxwoods, and softly glowing crepe myrtle trees—perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying an evening drink.

You’ll be just a short stroll from local shops, galleries, restaurants, and nightlife, with an off-street parking space provided for your convenience.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
