The Space: Welcome to The Emerald Suite, a warm and inviting three-bedroom, three-bath retreat, perfect for groups of six to eight guests visiting Charleston. Set within the home’s original carriage house at the rear of the property, this beautifully renovated space offers privacy, charm, and comfort in a unique historic setting!

After heading upstairs, you’ll step into a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and unwinding together. The living room features vaulted ceilings, ample seating, and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with seating for four, making it easy to cook, chat, and enjoy time together.

French doors open from the main living space onto your private piazza, a lovely spot for morning coffee, evening conversation, or a quiet moment before heading out to experience the city.

Just off the living area, you’ll find the first king-sized bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second and third king bedrooms also offer ensuite bathrooms, each with a single vanity and walk-in shower, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

Off-street parking is available at the rear of the property. Please note the driveway is narrow and may not accommodate larger trucks or SUVs.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
